The customer must pay for the return shipping unless there is a defect product received. After we receive and check your package, the refund request will be processed and an email will be sent to you as soon as possible. Afterwards, the refund will be initiated and payment will be returned via your original payment method. Exchange is not available currently. However, you can use this return process and re-order a new one instead.
